Terms and Conditions of Membership
1. All discounts are based on regular price, and not valid in conjunction with other promotions
2. Applications for membership must be made on the official application form and must be accompanied by the appropriate fee.
3. Membership cards are valid for a full twelve (12) month period.
4. Membership cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
5. The Management reserves the right to reject any application for membership or renewal thereof
6. Bookings may be made by telephone or by personal attendance not more than seven (7) days in advance for all facilities. When making an advance booking the member must give his/her membership number. No guarantees can be given by the Management as to the use or availability of equipment and facilities. The Management reserves the right to limit the number of bookings in respect of any activity. Twenty-four (24) hours notice must be given for cancellation otherwise the full activity fee is payable. Further bookings cannot be accepted until payment is made.
7. The member shall be required to pay for any shortfall of any amount payable.
8. The Management reserves the right to specify on what days and at what time entry to the Spa facilities and equipment will be available to Members, to declare facilities or equipment unfit for use and to decide opening and closing times for the Spa and each activity within it.
9. In the event of loss or destruction of a Membership card a written application should be made to the Reservation Center. RMB100 will be charged as a new card processing fee.
10. A Membership card shall not be used by any person other than the Member to whom it was issued and the Management reserves the right to withdraw without refund of fees any Membership card used by any person other than the Member.
11. The Management reserves the right at all times to withdraw without refund of fee the Members card in event of a Member failing to comply with these conditions, misconducting themselves or in any way causing damage, danger or annoyance to other person’s.
12. The Management reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as may be required.
